Taking inspiration from the landmark Alhambra Palace and Fortress in southern Spain, one of the most famous monuments of Islamic and Spanish Renaissance architecture, our new menu exemplifies the blending of cultures and cuisines across the region.

Showcasing their rich bounty of produce and fish in a modern and convivial setting, Chef Brian Bladfält Landry presents a seasonally inspired menu enhanced with the bold flavors across a variety of the region’s cultures. With distinct menus offered across brunch, lunch and dinner, the dining concept focuses on four sections of small plated dishes – sea, land, garden and table – all meant to be shared.

Alhambra is located on the lobby-level of The St. Regis Washington, D.C. at 923 Black Lives Matter Plaza NW in the heart of downtown D.C. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast and lunch, as well as dinner from Monday through Saturday and brunch on weekends.

It was a nice and please experience. All the staff worked well and made sure that dietary restrictions were followed. Ramiro is an outstanding waiter and all the other received us with courtesy. The food is excellent!

food was ok. poached eggs a little undercooked. scrambled were beautifully cooked though. server was a little preoccupied with another table and was slow to take care of us. had to flag him down for the check. beautiful space

The wait staff is excellent. They provided assistance when needed and left us alone when in active among the parties.v conversation. The suggestion were helpful. The food was prepared well and very tasty. The ambient noise was not at all intrusive. The dining room is elegant without being stuffy.

Very unique dishes! I look forward to returning to try some of the other items on the menu. The bread they serve is incredible. I actually thought it was part of a small plate I had, but it kept coming! 😀

We really liked this restaurant - the food and wine were outstanding. We especially appreciated the sommelier who helped us pick out a couple of fantastic wines. We were disappointed in the service however. Our server was slow and we felt pushed to order more dishes than we needed. The server was inattentive and did not remember the veggie sticks with the hummus for our gluten free person in the group. There was also no acknowledgement of our friend's birthday. I'm certain I had indicated that on the reservation. I'd be willing to go back as the food and wine were great but the service will probably have this restaurant dropping from our list to return to.

Quiet brunch is a beautiful room. The dishes were delicious. We had kofta and a spicy Benedict.
