Bringing people together and building community through food, allister is a neighborhood restaurant and cocktail bar located in beautiful Downtown Mercer Island, Washington. We offer simple American cuisine with an emphasis on Northwest seasonal ingredients, inspired by French and Asian influences.

Our bar features Classic craft cocktails, well-curated list of wines, NA beverages, and a selection of local and Nationally brewed beers.

We enjoyed great meals last night at Allistir One of us had the scallops and I had the venison. Both were excellent with the accompany vegetables also excellent. We eat at Allistir often and these were some of our best meals and the new chef Joel is obviously doing wonderfully. We recommend eating at Allistir.

The desserts were great, so were the beverages. The atmosphere and decor was nice for Mercer island

Overall, a great experience. Strange that the front door was left open the entire night on a very chilly evening. There was some of problem with the lock where (-according to the hostess) the door had to be fully open or closed and several patrons complained about it being open. The power went off at some point because of the bomb cyclone, but the team handled it very well. Would definitely return.

Menu is a bit l8mited but we both loved what we ordered. I ordered the wagyu burger and my friend got the carbonara. Both were yummy. Had the blood orange sorbet for dessert, also, yummy! The only down side was the noise levels. Lots of hard surfaces.

My fave spot on the island for girl’s lunch. Great value, feels like I’m in Paris. I’m a regular at the bar for a martini & Caesar.

This was our first time at your restaurant. It was a great experience. Food was delicious and our server was OUTSTANDING!!! She took the time to walk us through the menu, give us suggestions and gave us ideas on what to try on our next visit. We'll definitely be back.

After reading some of the reviews I had low expectations, but I enjoyed my lunch - sandwich, soup, and green salad. My friend had the grilled Caesar salad with chicken and she said it was good. The decor is light and open. Maybe a little noisy, but tolerable. I’d go back.

Nice new dining room, bathroom and outdoor dining area. Excellent, friendly, attentive service. Dessert, drinks and coffee were great. Appetizers and entrees appeared inventive on the menu but tasted a bit bland and under-seasoned. I wanted to be wowed at these prices.
