   One of the most hospitable restaurants I have dined in (I found it more enjoyable and helpful than French Laundry and Eleven Madison Park). Everyone really just wanted you to be able to relax and enjoy a fantastic meal. From sitting down to select a cocktail the staff was immediately helpful in helping you find a delicious cocktail and for a vegan diner offering without asking how to accommodate some of the cocktails to fit with that. When asking for help selecting a glass of wine with the meal as I was driving and couldn't do the full pairing, they offered half glasses that went extremely well and on one course where they were unsure gave me a generous taster (2oz or so) to pair with just that course. One of us who isn't vegan ordered the brioche and they brought out some lovely vegan bread for that person in our party to ensure parity. The food and cocktails were beautifully plated. All of the flavors were spot on and well seasoned. It's also nice to have a tasting menu that isn't afraid to have a bit of spicy in some courses (nothing that will make you sweat but a mild but present heat). There were good interesting textures through out the dishes. We also had a slight time restriction (2 hrs) and everything timed out perfectly. Everyone who we interacted with was warm, kind, inviting, and relaxed. The sommelier was also quite generous with their time in talking with us. The wine list and pairings were fantastic and interesting.

   Came here for date night and had an incredible experience. The lasagne and the beef check were absolute standouts. The hostess was warm and inviting. Service was impeccable. Cocktails were thoughtful and tasty. Allora is perfect for a date night, regular night, special occasion, etc.

   The pasta was absolutely amazing, as was the salad. Service was perfect. It is an expensive meal, but the level of service and the quality of the food made it very worth it.

   We had a very relaxing dinner celebrating my wife’s birthday. The food was excellent!! The portions are small but very tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant.

   A delicious dining experience like no other! The stellar service and swanky atmosphere at Allora is elite, and the food is unmatched. As a well traveled foodie, I find the seasoning and preparation authentic and super tasty. The chefs are extraordinarily creative in combining flavors, and the dish presentation is beautiful! I usually choose the 4 course menu, which is a lot for me to eat (I have a healthy appetite), but the courses come out at a leisurely pace so there's time to digest in between! The staff is always accommodating when it comes to the pace of the meal, and very helpful with explanations and wine pairings. My favorites are the polpo, the lobster fettuccine, and the black cod, though the entire menu is outstanding!

   We had a great experience as usual! The food was great, service exemplary and wine selections are just phenomenal! Allora is definitely one of our favorite dining spots in Sacramento. Wish we could go more often.

    Food was as expected no less than exemplary. The service was impeccable. The ambiance was nice but not what I would consider true fine dining but I did feel there was some very nice touches, such as the personalized menus with wax seals. Cost was appropriate but what was peculiar was the fact that gratuity for your service AND for the kitchen staff was automatically added to the bill. This felt insulting and placed a slightly negative feeling on the ending of my evening. I understand for a large party doing this but for a single party bill not so much. I do feel that gratuity should be given by the patron and not be obligatory.
