    Allora exceed our expectations. The staff was warm, attentive and informative. I started with a cocktail, the buttoned up, and it is one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Both of our starters were delicious, especially the ahi. We really enjoyed every dish from the lobster fettuccine to the wagyu steak to the scallops. We will be back!

    Brett, from the bar made exceptional cocktails which really was the highlight of our night. The food was great, service was great, and ambience made for an incredible birthday dinner.

    Always a perfect experience. We love Allora! The service is some of the best in Sacramento. A nice take on delicious Italian cuisine. The cocktails are so well balanced and have a lot of depth. The wine pairings are always exquisite!! Thank you for another amazing meal!

    This was not our first time at Allora. My friend and I have been many times and enjoy the fine dining experience. The Polpo appetizer (Octopus), seafood fettuccini, and scallops were absolutely amazing as was every other dish. Perfect for a special occasion. Expensive, but worth it!

    We had a perfect experience at Allora for Christmas Eve dinner. It was our first time here (we recently moved to Sac from the Bay Area), and we definitely will return. Well thought out menu, creative and accessible presentations, and stellar ingredients. The front of the house team was friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Allora and we are so pleased that we found it.

    Our Christmas Eve dinner was wonderful. Every course was beautiful and delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. Vegetarian options are not an afterthought; they have an entire vegetarian tasting menu. They even prepared a couple of dishes for us off the regular menu without the pancetta or speck. They will happily accommodate your dietary needs.

    Food, Service, and extra small gestures were excellent. There is room for improvement, however: We were celebrating our 42nd anniversary! They recognized us and that felt very nice. However, they gave us the small table immediately next to the door! While ordering they boasted about the bread for 8 dollars more and we were hungry so we ordered it. It was a muffin size loaf of bread that did not impress us. If this is what it takes to become a Michelin star restaurant, I won't be going to anymore. As one of our courses, we ordered fettuccine with prawns expecting to get whole prawn(S) on our plate but what we received was one(1)! cut-up prawn on each plate and maybe 2 very small pieces of lobster. If this is what gives a restaurant the Michelin star status, no thank you. Having said all of that, I appreciated the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff and the quality of their products. For me, those would be the reasons I would go back in a year or two.

    Environment is elegant but not stuffy. Service is superior. Our server invested time early on explaining the menu in detail which was very helpful. Pace of the four course dinner was relaxed but not too slow. The food was amazing and Allora clearly deserves its stellar reputation.

    The staff kindly included customized menus for the celebratory dinner my wife and I had last night - it included our names and a congratulatory message. They definetly know how to make you feel special. The food and drinks were phenomenal. I enjoyed the Cider Old Fashioned with the delicious apple garnish. All around wonderful experience. Thank you!
