Alo is a contemporary French restaurant located atop a heritage building in downtown Toronto. Our cuisine is internationally inspired and celebrates the finest in seasonal ingredients paired with a genuine sense of welcome.
Alo was awarded one Michelin Star in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

    Join us on December 30th & 31st to ring in the New Year at Alo Restaurant! Our dining room will offer a multi-course tasting menu including luxurious menu additions and special courses from our chefs. Tickets are priced at $375 per guest, with the option to add wine pairings for an additional $200 per guest. All reservations will require prepayment in full including a 20% service charge. All prepaid reservations for December 30th & 31st are final and non-refundable. **Please note we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions or substitutions for our New Year’s Eve menus.**

    Ring in the new year in Alo's Private Dining Room! Alo’s private dining room is located on the 2nd floor at 163 Spadina Avenue and can accommodate a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 14 guests. The 6 course tasting menu will include luxurious menu items and special courses from our Chefs. The evening begins with a canape reception and a glass of sparkling wine for each guest, followed by a seated tasting menu. The pricing for this experience is $375 per guest exclusive of beverages and a 20% service charge. Reservations are pre-paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. *Please note we are unable to accommodate any modifications/substitutions to our New Year's Eve Menu.*

    Alo Restaurant is a gem in Toronto’s dining scene, offering a fine dining experience that exceeds expectations. With its exquisite food, attentive service, and elegant ambiance, it’s the perfect place for a special occasion or a romantic night out. My girlfriend and I left with full bellies and happy hearts, already planning our next visit to explore more of what this remarkable restaurant has to offer. Highly recommended!

    Food was phenomenal, packed with flavor, paired very well with wines that are delicious and unexpected. Services was excellent up and down, from the waitress to those cleaning the table. No body appeared pretentious. Sommelier was excellent and we really enjoyed talking to him.

    Have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing a variety of flavors, colors, and textures. Surprisingly, the dishes incorporated a lot of Asian flavors paired with French techniques. Most of the dishes were excellent and unique, though there were a couple of misses. The service was good, with attentive staff. The ambiance was decent and comfortable, not suffocating or uncomfortable at all. Overall, I enjoyed my time and dinner here.
