Aloette Bay, located within CIBC Square, is the sister location to the beloved Michelin Recommended Aloette created by Chef Patrick Kriss. This new location mirrors the design and style of our Spadina location while adding a touch of sophistication that reflects the dynamic energy of its new neighbourhood.

Opened in 2024, Aloette Bay is conveniently situated just steps from Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, and the heart of downtown Toronto. Stop by to enjoy Aloette classics like the Aloette Burger, Fried Chicken, and Lemon Meringue Pie, or discover new soon-to-be favourites.

Aloette Bay's menu is bistro and diner inspired, perfect for a business lunch, happy hour, pre-game dinner and drinks, or date night. Aloette Bay also welcomes large party reservations.

Absolutely delicious meal. We tried the Hamachi crudo, iceberg salad, burger, fried chicken, and crispy squash. Every dish was perfectly seasoned with well-balanced flavours and pleasing textures. Attentive servers and fast kitchen. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the steak there, good service including accommodating two more than the booking. Lovely cosy restaurant too.

Portions were extremely small for the price. The steak was also very disappointing every bite had a muscle of fat in it. The lamb skewer was also half just fat. Very underwhelming experience especially for the price

I like the place, great service, but really expensive. I took a client there for a drink and a glass of wine was $30! Cheapest $29... This was for the regular menu.. yikes.

Hi, Kristin. Thank you for choosing Aloette Bay! Your feedback is important to us and I was hoping to clear up a couple of things. It seems that the prices you were looking at were for our 8oz glasses of wine. We also offer 5oz glasses of wine that top out at $20. Something to consider as well is that we offer a happy hour pricing for our wine which is an excellent deal at 5oz for $12 for any wine we offer by the glass. We went for the Valentine's Day prix fixe menu and it was amazing. Food and service are a 10/10, and we will definitely be going back.

My daughter and I came here for Valentine’s Day to celebrate. The service was attentive and welcoming. The cheese potato bread is sooo good! The iceberg wedge salad was a big portion and very fresh and crunchy. The striploin steak was cooked to perfection. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside. The sides: squash was flavourful and the fries were crispy. Their dip pairings are on par, they made very good choices. The dessert - lemon meringue pie is the best I have ever had! It’s the right amount of sour. And the carrot cake was really good too (but I wish it didn’t have raisins). Overall experience - superb! It’s definitely a place where it has my repeat business.
