We serve simple tasty home-style cuisine with hearty goulash, dumpling specialties, Kässpätzle and a savoury snack plate as well as a sweet finish with a selection of traditional Alpine desserts like Marillenknödel, Dampfnudeln, Palatschinken or apple strudel.
For families and get-togethers with friends try our Walliser tomato fondue at long, comfy family tables and for our little one's we offer a special kid's menu.

    It was a fun atmosphere. The pretzel was fabulous. Service was good but the main courses were just fine. Nothing special. The desserts were so- so. The plum cake was very dry and the blueberry cheesecake lacked flavor.

    Definitivamente una experiencia que vale muchísimo la pena… la relación precio es una de las mejores y el sabor de la comida es buenísimo. Creo que es uno de los pocos restaurantes legendarios de Vail que aún valen la pena por la comida y no por la fama. Sin embargo los pasteles bastante insípidos. SI lo recomiendo

    Food was great, portion size was very large! My husband and I split the Oktoberfest pork shank and pretzel, the meat was fall off the bone tender and the pretzel was great! We also shared a mountain climber soup- which is a hearty beef stew and got a side of rosti. We left very full and had a great experience! Recommend booking reservations far in advance, I happened to find an opening at decent time by chance when it even was booked out a month in advance!

    Perfect late lunch. We love this place. Invited friends to join us this time and they also thought everything was great. We ordered 5 items and shared everything between the five of us. We also tried two bakery items from the display case. Everything was perfect. Add this place to your list!
