FOR DINNER - ALPENROYAL GOURMET RESTAURANT - 1 Michelin Star:
Mario Porcelli does not originally come from the Alps or the Dolomites, but from the Mediterranean region of Apulia in Italy. The easy-going character and the creativity of Mario is due to his southern roots. He loves to try out new things and to refine his art in order to amaze our guests with his new creations. Remarkable are characteristics like the selection of fresh high-quality products and his ethical respect for raw materials.

    Great food, and super consistent over the years. I come here once a year and it was again phantastic. I loved the creativity and the service was impeccable and very accommodating. This is for me the top of a very strong restaurant scene in Wolkenstein

    Uno dei ristoranti migliori in italia. Per me trai top 10. Meriterebbe almeno la seconda stella. Il dolce la mela e’ incredibilmente buono. Un must nelle vacanze sulle dolomiti.

    Cibo strepitoso, servizio da migliorare. Siamo rimasti stupiti che lo chef a fine cena non si é preseentato al tavolo, cosa che di solito in ristoranti di questo tipo avviene sempre.

    Been to a few different Michelin star restaurants this past year and the flavors here were second to none. Everything was thoughtfully prepared with the right balance of aesthetic to flavorful balance. The tasting menu was delicious from start to finish and the purity of flavor and connection to their roots. It really doesn’t get any better than this and would definitely recommend and return.
