Amada Radnor is the Main Line location of the Andalusian tapas bar & restaurant where Chef Jose Garces embraces the rich traditions of Spanish gastronomy while incorporating modern cooking techniques in a gorgeous rustic-chic setting.

SPECIALTIES:
Spanish Octopus, Garlic Shrimp, Tortilla Española, Paella Valenciana, Whole Roasted Suckling Pig (Call to order 72 hours in advance, excluding Sundays), Seasonal Sangrías, Wine, Cocktails & our Gin Tonic Cart.

PRIVATE PARTIES & EVENTS: Amada hosts groups of all sizes. Festive settings, service and menus are perfect for intimate dinners with friends, special occasions and holidays, corporate meetings and staff parties. Events can be booked throughout the restaurant and in our private dining rooms 7-days a week. For parties of 12 or more, please call our private events team at 267-284-7979 or email events@garcesgroup.com

Lovely experience. Food, presentation and service was excellent! Scott our server….very seasoned and knowledgeable about the wine and menu. Truly an overall outstanding experience. Highly recommend trying a little of every dish.

Only disappointment was that we couldn't order the family style brunch menu since not everyone wanted to participate. Food was amazing and beautifully presented. Excellent service. Overall a great dining experience. Loved all the small plates we tried and my breakfast hash was delicious. Will definitely be back again.

We were a party of four on Saturday night. The restaurant was full and the room in which we were seated seemed designed for maximum noise. Service was quick and friendly. The drinks and most of the tapas were good, but the Valencian paella was mediocre: the additions (chicken pieces etc.) were dry (except for mussels which were overcooked), but the rice was moist like risotto and there was no delicious socarrat. Desserts were good, especially the ganache. We sat a long time talking and appreciated that the staff did not try to move us along. All in all a very pleasant evening socially but mostly average for food.

Fairly dour wait staff. Food not up to par with that from previous meals at the restaurant. Cocktails above average. Service prompt.

Don’t offer late night reservations if you can not make the experience equivalent to dining earlier. We felt pressure to order and eat quickly from the second we were seated (and we arrived 15 minutes before our reservation.) we were told last call in 10 minutes -from the kitchen -even before we ordered. Food arrived before my wine-always a faux pas in my opinion. And lastly we saw a mouse scurrying around the restaurant! I love the ambience and the food but this was all amateur and the mouse was gross.

Had a lovely anniversary dinner! The food was fantastic, especially the octopus and crab-stuffed peppers. The only downside was the service was a little slow.

Veer was our server. He was gracious, professional, and courteous. We were able to enjoy the meal with just the right amount of attentiveness. Sometimes servers interrupt in an attempt to move the table along, Veer kept our water glasses filled, made special requests happen effortlessly, and allowed us to enjoy the food and company without interference. Excellent service, would specifically request him again, as I’ve been before and have not had nearly the quality of service or brightness in demeanor. The one major issue was that the beef dishes were smoked and that was not clear on the menu so our younger diners did not expect that and found the beef somewhat less tasty, the filet was overly cooked, as was the medium strip; it was cooked too well. The Pulpo was as always delicious, the mixto charcuterie plate was sublime! The honey, fig spread, and balsamic strawberries made an excellent accompaniment to the cheeses. Manchego was superb and the blue cheese quickly disappeared with its earthy rich flavor accentuated by the honey. The soft goat cheese quickly disappeared. The pan de tomate with lebna was incredible, delicious bread, just the right tartness and smoothness of the lebna married into a perfect symphonic gustatorial delight for the palate! Superb! The carrots, shrimp, and Brussels sprouts rounded out the meal. Each was delicious on its own, and provided a balance of sweet and savory in a hearty parade of deliciousness! Patatas Bravas! As always perfecto! An amazing dining experience, for the teens and the adults in a lively atmosphere with impeccable service. Kudos!

We got the tasting menu for Valentine’s Day. We both loved it. So good. Four courses, about three or four dishes for each course. Amazing dessert! We had a such a great experience.
