Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

We believe there is no better way to start your night than with a great cocktail! Our Amalfi Spritz and Amalfi Negroni are two amazing options to enhance your dining experience. These recipes were designed using the best quality Italian ingredients available and are a delicious way to whet your appetite. Upon making your selection, your server will describe the unique ingredients and flavors of each drink that inspired Bobby Flay to make them a part of his Italian culinary vision. Cost will vary based on the selected cocktail; payment will be collected as part of the final bill.

More of the pasta SHOULD be free. Never have butter in the pasta in Italy! The fish was amazing as was a the potato and grew. Bean sides.

One of the best restaurants in terms of food quality and service that I have been to in Vegas. I had the gnocchi, and it was delicious!

Amalfi is exactly what I expected - high-level service in a professional environment...with wonderful food, perfectly prepared. It is so difficult to find these types of restaurants any longer - they are a dying breed. I don't have much to say about the food - when you visit a dining spot with Bobby Flay's name attached to it, you expect high quality food, albeit at a higher-end price point. That's exactly what you get here - no surprises. What was a welcome relief - really, a surprise these days - was the professional, quiet environment and the absolutely 10/10 wait staff. I miss that quality in modern dining. Everyone these days wants to be your friend...or they just don't care - its one or the other. Here - it was complete professionalism, and it was such a pleasure. I felt bad for the restaurant and the wait staff here - in a casino in Vegas - as some diners arrived in baseball caps and torn jeans...spent a decent amount of the time on their phones...or couples wrapped themselves around one another in public displays of affection - as though they might have just met the night before (laughing). It really added a trashy element to an otherwise elegant Thanksgiving evening. This restaurant is top-notch. We'll return.

It’s always a nice time to dine at Amalfi. The dessert was a bit dry, not super fresh. Otherwise, amazing dinner.

Arnell was a top grade server He made the experience top shelf. Of course, the food was excellent and creative. I don’t understand why the open table app said the only opening was seating at the bar when we got there the place was near empty. I told the hostess I would prefer seating at a table not in the bar area and that is where she sat us. Thankfully, after asking again they moved us out of the noisey bar area and we had an exceptional evening.

Overall great food and nice service. There are just a few things that could elevate the experience: the glassware is basic and the flatware is not for a high end restaurant looked like the cutlery at Denny's! The napkins could use an upgrade and maybe be monogrammed like in Hell's Kitchen.
