Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

We believe there is no better way to start your night than with a great cocktail! Our Amalfi Spritz and Amalfi Negroni are two amazing options to enhance your dining experience. These recipes were designed using the best quality Italian ingredients available and are a delicious way to whet your appetite. Upon making your selection, your server will describe the unique ingredients and flavors of each drink that inspired Bobby Flay to make them a part of his Italian culinary vision. Cost will vary based on the selected cocktail; payment will be collected as part of the final bill.

I was seated under a vent and was uncomfortably chilly. I had to put on my coat over a sweater. Service was informative and friendly. Food was delicious. However, we had fish with lemon and capers and the potatoes also had lemon as well as most side veggies. so a lot of acidic notes. I would highly recommend the crab and egg plant meatballs. They were moist, tasty in a complex sauce with just the right amount of heat.

We go here once a year when we travel to Vegas & thoroughly enjoy each dining experience. The food, service and ambience are impeccable. Having been to Amalfi, Italy, this is about as close as you can get this side of the Atlantic. Go with picking your own fish and select a favorite preparation. You can't go wrong.

Great food. Best Negroni ever. A little loud with slot machines right outside. Also no glass in window openings so noise and cigarette smoke. Despite this excellent restaurant and worth a visit

Amazing service and good. Will definitely be returning. Only issue was the hostess was not friendly and rolled her eyes for no reason. Bad first impression

Everything was good to very good. Nothing was amazing. We had octopus, bread, chicken Parm, Branzino, green beans. Octopus was excellent. Fish was excellent. Green beans very spicy and room temperature. Bread was the highlight. Nothing particularly inventive. We miss Mesa Grill!

Appetizer arancia was good but so small for the price. Expect two quarter sized pieces. No bread service so it’s $10 for bread. 1 1/3 lb red snapper which is two filets ok size were $80. Lobster pasta spicy and bad looking pasta. Looked like white maggots covered in sauce. Music was great. Seating very comfortable. Decor stylish. Server was pleasant but non-conversational. He seemed unhappy that we told him a quick story. It was our 39th anniversary. No mention after the hostess. Kind of disappointing for a meal almost $300 after tip for two.

The focaccia is a must. The fish selection is fantastic and prepared so well. Service is wonderful.
