Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

We believe there is no better way to start your night than with a great cocktail! Our Amalfi Spritz and Amalfi Negroni are two amazing options to enhance your dining experience. These recipes were designed using the best quality Italian ingredients available and are a delicious way to whet your appetite. Upon making your selection, your server will describe the unique ingredients and flavors of each drink that inspired Bobby Flay to make them a part of his Italian culinary vision. Cost will vary based on the selected cocktail; payment will be collected as part of the final bill.

The server was amazing! The chopped salad and fresh baked bread were the best part! The fillets were tough and dry which was surprising. We sent one back because I felt bad sending back both. The breading on the chicken parm was weird kinda stale tasting. The pasta side dish was also great. The wine was also great. Server was very accomodating and very sweet and funny, she made the experience great!

Lived up to my expectations! Absolutely amazing. We had the zucchini spaghetti absolutely fantastic so much flavor. I wish I could have gotten a bucket of it. We got the chicken parmigiano, which was mind blowing really good. The best I’ve ever had. My son got the lobster cavatelli. He said it was the best pasta he’s ever had and we eat at a lot of nice restaurants and this one is definitely in our top three now! The focaccia bread was absolutely fantastic. The potatoes were OK. I think they were underseasoned, but everything else was absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to go again and again and again.

The food and the service were exceptional. Our server had exception knowledge of all items on the menu. We will be back on our next trip to Vegas.

No bread unless you ask for it from a “secret menu” we were told from our server, after our meal when we saw people at the next people eating it. With the extreme high price to dine here you should not have to ask and why is there a secret menu. The shrimp scampi noodles were stuck with some clumped together and the tiny shrimps were overcooked. Brassier - Flays other restaurant around the corner was much better. Not worth the price paid.

Food was good. My family all enjoyed the food we ordered. Service was good. It was a fun evening. Two complaints to point out: 1) cigarette smoke was drifting in from the casino. It's 2024. Come on. No way someone trying to eat dinner should have to put up with that filth. 2) I laughed out loud when I saw that Amalfi charged me FOR AN ICE CUBE in my cocktail. If you're charging people for ice cubes, you have lost the plot. The ice cube didn't cost a lot but...really? Whoever is making those decisions is really not cut out for the restaurant business. For those reasons, it wasn't worth what we spent.
