Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

We believe there is no better way to start your night than with a great cocktail! Our Amalfi Spritz and Amalfi Negroni are two amazing options to enhance your dining experience. These recipes were designed using the best quality Italian ingredients available and are a delicious way to whet your appetite. Upon making your selection, your server will describe the unique ingredients and flavors of each drink that inspired Bobby Flay to make them a part of his Italian culinary vision. Cost will vary based on the selected cocktail; payment will be collected as part of the final bill.

Primi course did not come out. Had to ask server which is ridiculous for a restaurant of this level. Dishes never sent to kitchen. No offer to comp something or offer a free drink or dessert. Boo. Paying $25 to park and non validation is also not cool.

This is our favorite restaurant in Vegas, hands down! The John Dory fish, prawns, and crispy potatoes were out of this world delicious! James took such great care of us and the service was above and beyond! Thanks again for a truly wonderful dining experience!

Disappointed- been watching Bobby flay for years and always envied anyone who had the chance to have his food … I finally grabbed my chance and let me tell you we were THOROUGHLY dissatisfied … The “rags” pasta was WAY over cooked - mashed potatoes style … the sauce was bla … honestly I’ve tasted better sauce out of a jar! The fish was very disappointing at almost $69 lbs … zero salt pepper or ANY seasoning was used … literally ZERO … just thrown on the grill and brought to us with a spoonful size of “sauce” … we chose the caramel tiramisu … that was probably the only good thing … I HIGHLY doubt Bobby flay is in charge of that menu or even steps into that kitchen to see the atrocity he is serving under his name

Excellent in pretty much every way, except that the pancetta was not hot all the way through and thought the atmosphere looked mostly like Italy, the walls by the kitchen seemed barren. But amazing food and great aero. I loved picking my own fish. It was awesome. We had red snapper and black bass filet’s. The octopus was amazing!!!
