Inspired by Flay’s extensive travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast, this will be his first Italian restaurant concept. Amalfi will transport guests to the Southern Coast of Italy, with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh, bright flavors. A focal point of Amalfi will be a fish and seafood display, inspired by authentic Italian markets and staffed by a knowledgeable fishmonger, who will be available to answer any guest questions.

We believe there is no better way to start your night than with a great cocktail! Our Amalfi Spritz and Amalfi Negroni are two amazing options to enhance your dining experience. These recipes were designed using the best quality Italian ingredients available and are a delicious way to whet your appetite. Upon making your selection, your server will describe the unique ingredients and flavors of each drink that inspired Bobby Flay to make them a part of his Italian culinary vision. Cost will vary based on the selected cocktail; payment will be collected as part of the final bill.

Truly an exceptional experience. The staff was fantastic- friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Our server helped me select a fantastic option that aligned with my dietary allergies. This touch makeS such a difference. The food was beautifully prepared. Try the white bean risotto - you can't believe how simple ingredients can be made to be the star of the dinner!

Service was absolutely first class, personable & professional. We had the arancini, pumpkin ravioli & black bass with mushroom polenta & it was truly amazing. Many thanks to Julie our server & Kai the fish monger for selecting the main course.

Outstanding food and service, This was the second time me and my wife have eaten at Amalfi. This time we had out of town guests that we brought to Amalfi and they loved it also, and said they can't wait to come back to Vegas to eat at Amalfi again. This is a Bobby Flay restaurant and it was worth every penny. Thank you Bobby Flay.

Food was incredible. Unfortunately, all 3 dessert drinks- 1 coffee, 1 decaf, 1 tea- were all lukewarm.
