Welcome to Amarone Italian Restaurant.

Amarone Restaurant is a modern Italian family run restaurant, serving traditional and authentic Italian flavours in Towcester.

Our goal is to offer you a warm welcoming experience, of exceptional quality, traditional snd authentic Italian dishes.

In our restaurant, in a friendly and family atmosphere we are looking forward to share with you all your upcoming memories. Whether you are visiting us for a romantic night out, large party or corporate event we guarantee that you will be looked after by our friendly and attentive staff.

Using only the finest ingredients the menu is inspired by dishes from every region of Italy whilst remaining harmoniously in tune with the seasons.

Missed opportunity for Towcester we needed a good Italian, this has not delivered. Not for people with healthy appetites, portions are on the small side or expensive to fill-up with starters, sides, deserts. Child Menu not priced for families. Several times we had to attract the staff servers to get attention. Large table next to ours in an enclosed space made it very difficult for our table to have a conversation. Wine prices expensive.

Our 2nd visit & I fear I'm destined to become the boring person who orders the same thing everytime! The tortelloni is wonderful! My husband went for the Linguine al Gambrini, and he thoroughly enjoyed that too. We like it so much we have booked to bring 2 family members for their birthday meal. Definitely recommended!

Sadly food lacked flavours ,and not really authentic Italian food staff were very good and helpful so cannot fault them , I asked for minestrone soup and they said the would do it so very grateful they tried to but alas not really minestrone soup , As we have loved Italian food for many years and have been spoiled in the past I’m afraid Amarone was a. bit disappointing ,

Met up with a friend today who hadn’t seen for ages and had a lovely couple of hours as the restaurant had a very relaxing atomosphere. The team was extremely welcoming, friendly and efficient The food …. Wow just amazing! Italian is my favourite and it didn’t disappoint at all. Absolutely delicious. Looking forward to booking again soon. Having an Italian restaurant in Towcester is ideal and also added bonus of takeaways which I will also be doing! Amazing keep up the great work 🌟

This is the best meal out we have had in a very long time. Thank you. The food was delicious! I had the seafood linguine, which was very flavourful, my husband had the calzone which was an epic size and he said the best dough he’d eaten. The children both had carbonara which they throughly enjoyed - they want the adult size next time. Service was outstanding! The waiter was great with the children which made the meal more enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend! A great addition to Towcester.

The food overall was ok. I did expect a higher quality. The calamari was a bit dry and rubbery. The bruschetta was not toasted and loaded with lots of rocket. The main of spinach and ricotta cannelloni was quite dry and was more spinach than ricotta. The chicken and mushroom risotto was tasty but didn’t have much chicken or mushroom in. Wine menu good and the bottle of Sauvignon we had was nice.
