Amerigo Vespucci is one of the longest established independent restaurants on the Wharf, celebrating 30 Years serving Italian Cuisine as only true Italians do.

Minutes from the bustle and bankers of Canary Wharf is Amerigo Vespucci, offering the diner
impressive dockside views and a true taste of Italy, right in the heart of London’s financial district. The fresh and imaginative menu offers excellent choice – from simple but bursting-with-flavour pasta dishes to generous-sized meat and fish courses, while daily changing specials make the most of what’s on sale at the local market.     Lovely restaurant, great location, staff friendly, helpful and and happy. Food was delicious and good value for money. I was celebrating my birthday and was surprised with my Tiramisu with sparkler and singing. The only downside was that we were seated next to a table of six women drinking wine and being extremely loud. The couple next to us felt the Same . We couldn’t hear each other speak and we rushed our food to get away. We will definitely come back but be mindful of where we are seated. Couples dining next to large groups is a no no.

    They know how to do it. Staff excellent. Food good. Wines; slightly small seletion but I found enough wines that work well enough and they were good. Overall - good as ever.

    The food and service were impeccable. Had shared starters, a main course each, a bottle of wine and coffees all for less than £50 each. Tables were all set out with pristine white linen and tea lights and looked lovely. Would highly recommend.

    Another superb experience at Amerigo Vespucci restaurant. Each course was delicious, beautifully cooked and presented, the wines good value and the service, excellent. We have been many times, it is consistently brilliant and a place we love to go back to.

    Really nice Italian restaurant, super friendly staff and a nice pace to the service. Food was great but maybe a little pricey. Will be going back for special occasions for sure.
