                                                      Food is not up to par. Lasagna was good. My meatballs were obviously frozen as they were warmed & cold on inside. Expensive for standard of food.

                                                      This is a hard review to write; I want to like it, but ultimately it falls short. Saturday night at 5:45pm and we are the only two people in the restaurant. Overall vibe is confusing, a weird mix of walk-up to-go pizza and white napkin Italian dining; 3/5. We started with a wedge and salad from the Stony’s menu, they both had Hidden Valley Ranch type of dressings; 3/5. Meatball appetizer wasn’t hot enough but very flavorful and good; 4/5. Bread and oil were nice. Red wine (Chianti) was nice 5/5 for price and flavor. The special, spaghetti with clams gets a 2/5; 2x more expensive than it’s worth ($30ish) and the spaghetti is just wet pasta. I ate the clams and wasted the rest. It had giant chunks of basically raw garlic that I picked out. Creamy Truffle & Mushroom pasta was just ok but not for the price or calorie count; 3/5. Jimmy, one of the servers, made the dessert cheesecake, 5/5! Dinner server (I forget his name) was knowledgeable and attentive; 5/5. I wouldn’t go back, but I hope they develop and do well!

                                                      What an amazing experience here, close to Dripping Springs! Best Lasagna and Carbonara ever! And don’t miss the meatball appetizer. Family owned, superb service, owner and service people really cared to make it a great dining evening. We will be back soon!

                                                      Food was just okay. Most of the portions, with the exception of the special, were too large which made it look sloppy and unappetizing. Didn’t receive bread but noticed all the tables around us did. Asked our waiter a question about one of the dishes, he didn’t know so said he would ask the kitchen, but ultimately never provided us with an answer.

                                                      Outstanding meals and service! There were 4 of us and we chose 3 different entrees. Very accommodating to our needs. The NY Style cheesecake was belissimo! We will be back!!

                                                      Food was poor. Scampi just bland. Chicken parm salty. Asparagus completely overcooked and spears stringy. Won't be going back

                                                      Wonderful family restaurant, homemade fennel sausage, my husband had the lasagna and i had the shrimp fra diavolo— all excellent Their grandfather’s recipe cheesecake so good.
