Each event gives guest chefs a platform to share their stories through food, offering a menu that reflects the chefs’ heritage & personal journeys. This time we welcome Abebech/ Ethiopian cuisine TAB fosters connections, cultural exchange, and an appreciation for the vibrant diversity within our community and is a celebration of resilience, creativity, and the transformative power of food to bring people together.

Wonderful experience. The food that was prepared for us ( from the Rohingyan refugee chefs) was absolutely delicious.

The current menu gave great a great option for the vegetarian (Hen of the Woods Mushroom). The escalvida was amazing, strongly recommend that as an appetizer. I really enjoyed the carcamusa (pork shoulder and chorizo). Chef Greg did an outstanding job as did our server John!
