The hostess, server, drink guy, and bread lady were all top notch!! Up charging $9 for a Caesar salad is ridiculous. We did not enjoy the $50 overcooked dirty fish tasting shrimp scampi. I would have rather had $20 shrimp scampi from Red Lobster. The bread, salad, and bruschetta were good. Nothing made me want to come back.

Amore is excellent in every sense of the word. From the moment you walk in the door, the service is top notch. The atmosphere is warm and lovely. And the food is impeccable. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent food paired with outstanding service. I had to spend my birthday alone for the first time ever due to a work trip and decided to take myself to a nice dinner. Amore didn’t disappoint. Steven and Tanya made my experience exceptional, I didn’t feel like I was celebrating alone. The food was so good, I ate til I was uncomfortable. Fully plan on visiting every time I come to Birmingham.

Amore in Birmingham is an Excellent Italian Restaurant! We had Caesar Salad, Veal Picatta, Fettucina, and Tiramasu. All were excellent! If you like desert, like I do, the Tiramasu was Extraordinary!!. You need to try this little gem. It is not far from the loop (I459) - the traffic was terrible at 5pm, but alas that happens everywhere.

Took a while to get our dinner. Food is still fabulous, but service has been lacking over the last several visits. Waiter was weird, awkward. New maybe?

Love this place. A hidden gem for sure! It’s a secret little place tucked away imconapicuoualy in a strip mall of all places but I promise you when you walk through the doors you are in a whole different place and the food is amazing. The lamb chops had the perfect sear while maintaining the medium rare temp on the inside. The seafood risotto was outstanding. The cocktails were fabulous. I cannot recommend this place enough!

My snapper/pasta dish didn’t have enough sauce, so it was lacking in the flavor of the dish. Had an excellent server that made it a nice experience!

Wow. This was my and my wife's anniversary dinner, and it was truly exceptional. The food was the best Italian I have ever eaten, and that is not hyperbole. The Beggars Purses were just perfect. She had the Chicken Parmigiana, and I had the seafood ravioli (I can't remember the Italian name they had on them). The special bread pudding at the end was the exact way to end the evening.
