The Home of Good Food.

Here at Amuse we cook from the heart, sourcing outstanding regional ingredients always in season to ensure they are at their peek. Our style is modern Scottish with French notes, elegantly presented and packed full of natural flavours where the ingredients take centre stage. Our menus change with the seasons to celebrate the arrival of new produce.

We are small dedicated team working together to give you a memorable experience, whether it's a few classic cocktails perfectly made in The Snug, bespoke tasting menu in our private dining room or a long lazy Sunday lunch with the family.

Our aim is simply to make you feel happier than when you first walked through our doors.

    If you are looking for something with high quality ingredients and preparation in Aberdeen this is the spot. They have a tasting menu with locally sourced ingredients as well as professional and friendly staff. They have great wines by the glass and better by the bottle. The pricing is quite modest in comparison to what you would get elsewhere for the same amount. Certainly one of the better dining experiences I have had throughout Scotland and as wine collector and holder of distinction for the WSET they do a great job in their selections and pairings.

    Lovely Lunch from the Christmuse festive menu. Salmon starters perfect with the Champagne; Trout looked amazing & more substantial than the Beef (beautifully tender & tasty, but needed more Veg); Chocolate Mousses delicious with the Pouderoux dessert wine. Thoroughly enjoyable! Good selection of wines available by the glass, keen to return!

    This was a lovely restaurant to visit beautiful setting and great ambience. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable about menu and offered great suggestions. The menu was excellent value for high quality of food. There was range of drinks and we had lovely choices that accompanied our food. Amazing winter squash and soup starters. Guinea fowl and beef was excellent from main courses. Cheese course was lovely. The rice pudding was very tasty but the poached pear was on on the firm side and the bowl with ridges meant the rice grains got a little bit stuck! There was a lovely birthday card as this was a celebration meal. We are in Aberdeen very frequently and I would not hesitate to return.

    Excellent Saturday lunch with outstanding food at outstanding value and the most welcoming and knowledgeable staff. One to savour and enjoy. Our first visit but won’t be our last.

    Lovely atmosphere with brilliant welcoming staff. Service was excellent. Two out of three courses were excellent. Lamb sauce was a little salty. Very good ambience in restaurant. Nice loos. Would recommend.

    Another beautifully presented and delicious meal as always. Such a treat to dine here. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and the Christmas touches made us feel festive. Staff were friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back again.

    Excellent food, service and wine. We were celebrating a birthday with our first visit for quite a while. We were not disappointed as everything was spot-on. We will be back again - soon!
