First, they couldn’t find my reservation. Then sent me to a table with a larger group of people but I made the reservation for one. I sat at a table of my choice and then they moved me somewhere else with a nicer view of the balcony but the place was way louder.
I ordered my wine: they don’t have it. They offered a different wine to taste and I enjoyed.
Then I was ready to order three items from the menu, but they ran out of one and the ingredients of the other item.
I proceeded to select the steak cuts.
The waitress brings me a tartar. I mentioned the mistake and they give me some nuts and olives as a side.
Finally the portion I ordered arrived but too small for my liking.
I contemplated ordering a burrata but due to all the mistakes and bad experience I had I just asked for the bill. The first time it came, they had included the tartar which I did not consume. So I had to wait a bit longer until they corrected it.
I got a discount and recognize the waitress did her best, but I can’t understand why there was this succession of mistakes. The restaurant didn’t look that full and most people were ordering cocktails. Besides, it was a Thursday night and it was pouring rain outside, so even if other people were to arrive, another table with 10 people can’t justify a kitchen so busy and the mismanagement. I usually give all places a second chance but I wouldn’t come back here unless it’s with a larger group of people which it seems like the only clientele they care about.
