    Valentine’s Day dinner can get pretty crazy but we still had a good time and a good meal at Anthony’s. The service was great the appetizers and clams were awesome but our entrees fell just a tad short. Most likely due to the volume they were putting out. The batter on our chicken francese had fallen off and the sauce was flat with no real flavor. The Tuscan shrimp was overall good but felt the heavy cream took over the dish a bit. Don’t let that deter you though we ordered a ton of dishes and they all were really good. We will be back. Desserts were Delicious !!!

    I love this place. Walter the owner is one of the nicest chef/owner. Along with his amazing staff especially Miguel he went above and beyond.

    This is one of our favorite restaurants in south Florida. The food is excellent and the price is very reasonable. Service is quick and professional. Only negative comment is that it’s pretty loud while your eating.

    Good ingredients nicely prepared but needing something to make the flavors more intense. Certainly not salt. Of the 4 dishes and one appetizer we order two were seriously over salted and one was just salty. The same thing applied to the brined olives - very very salty. We had 2 pastas, one fish and one meat dish. The chicken piccata needed more lemon, the cacao e Pepe needed pepper of all things, the pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe was a huge portion with lots of sausage but too salty. We took the pasta with sausage home to add more pasta and a bit of cooking water to dilute the salt. We left the cacao e Pepe it was too salty to use as a base. (The restaurant noted that I hadn’t eaten any and removed it from the bill). Drinks were good. One strange thing: the timing of Happy Hour. If happy hour is from 4-6 what does it mean that last call is 5:45? Why not say happy hour is from 4-5:45. We arrived before our friends and planned to have a drink at the bar. It was 5:46 and last call had occurred. I was surprised and told the hostess that there should be a warning and learned that there was indeed such a statement under the hours listed on the web. Still, I find it strange to have last call There is no meaning to the last 15 minutes of happy hour if you can’t order something. Last call when the bar is closing is a different matter, you can still sit there and finish what you order.
