Absolutely loved every second of our meal, we were celebrating a birthday and last nights being home all together, so a wonderful experience! However, in full transparency the male host was incredibly cold and teetered on rude, I had called a little earlier to inquire if we could move our reservation up a little if there was availability and he responded not with a yes or no but “You’re penciled in for 8:45 so that’s it”. I was unsure if I missed something on the phone or if I heard incorrectly so I asked the same question again thinking maybe we had a miscommunication but he met me with the same energy and was again incredibly rude. We completely understand not being able to move our reservation but it came off disingenuous. When we arrived at the restaurant, early yes but we knew we would have to wait he was still cold and again a little rude. The hostess however was nothing short of amazing, I called before to ask about the corking fee and she was bubbly and kind! The service aside from the interactions the male host had with us was outstanding though!

Peculiar area but once in the dining area it’s a nice quant cafe. Space is airy and open. Food was unique and creative. Not the place to get your traditional choices but the perfect place to experiment new palate delights.

Brilliant food in an unpretentious atmosphere. They don’t try too hard: they just execute! Delicious. (Interesting list of wines from Sicily.)

The food is outstanding and the service is attentive and helpful. I highly recommend the pork ribs with fennel pollen. A little pricey but experience is worth it since the food quality is so high.

Excellent food, but literally charged 16 dollars for ‘sweetbreads’ in a ~$30 pasta. Pasta arrived with half a dozen tiny doughballs which added nothing to the dish. A fine meal (almost) ruined by daylight robbery.
