Linguine pasta served with mixed seafood, basil, cherry tamato in napoletana sause. This is possibly my most favorite food. It is spicy, succulent, and comforting - down to the very last linguine noodle! This dish is a wonderful way to take advantage of seafood.
Potato gnocchi served with pecorino sause topped with truffle paste These gnocchi with truffles are a true triumph of taste, capable from the very first bite of taking us back to the lands of minor Tuscany, rich in history, culture and fantastic culinary traditions. The simplicity of the dumpling is ennobled by the excellent black summer truffle, also present in the dough, as well as by the pecorino cheese fondue, with an intense taste that does not overwhelm the aroma of the noble tuber. In short, a dish that cannot leave you indifferent and that will give you great emotions.
Tagliatelle pasta served with slow cooked pulled lamb ragù & finished with shaved parmesan. Tagliatelle with lamb ragout, a traditional dish that takes us back to a rich and flavorful past. Its baked exclusively in a wood fire oven with a baking temperature between 430* and 470* C. with The top quality of the ingredients and the traditional preparation and cooking method are used. When all of these delicious flavors are combined on a hand-kneaded pizza base, a universally adored pizza is created.
