Après Burger Bistro is a trendy full-service restaurant steps from the ski slopes in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, on the corner of Après Ski Way and Village Drive.

Belly up to the historic bar, created for the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair, or dine in the greenhouse or outside on the deck and enjoy tasty food and drinks made with fresh ingredients, many of which come from right here in the Yampa Valley.

Après, as in après ski, is a popular time to relax, enjoy cocktails and appetizers with friends and family while celebrating after a fun day on the slopes.

There's so much to do while you're in Steamboat Springs, like world class skiing, of course. On any given day you could also be biking, hiking, kayaking, tubing, horseback riding, dog sledding, hot air ballooning, fly fishing, shopping, visiting art galleries, attending a concert or watching the rodeo.

My daughter has a severe egg allergy. We told the waitress. She told the kitchen. My daughter’s food was contaminated in some way and we had to use her EpiPen. Waitress didn’t believe when we said she was sick. Not a pleasant experience.

Burgers were good, however, orders were a little mixed up, eg, ordered medium well, and when you cut in your burger, very pink, almost bloody meat. Server took back to kitchen and notified table that it was cooked medium well based on temperature. Burger was replaced and was very good. Onions were on burger which was ordered with no onions. Just little things like this. If you’re not a mayo person, be aware they add a mayo based sauce to the burger.

The staff were all exceptional at their jobs. Our food was delicious, hot and perfectly timed despite it being a busy rush after the balloon glow. Great wine and beers. The kitchen and server were so sensitive to the accommodations for my celiac disease. They have a dedicated fryer and gf buns or lettuce wrap option. The space is lovely, and the vibes were great. It has a high ceiling and did get loud, but in a festive and not off putting way.

We love Apres Bistro. The service is always top notch and the all the food on the menu is delicious. It was the first place we thought of when we needed a place to go with our group of 11. They have great accommodations for 2 people as well large groups.

Can’t believe how great this food was! Came here for my birthday during mud season and loved the ahi appetizer and power salad with salmon. The owner and waitress (his wife?) were great and attentive. Only complaint would be to turn the 90s dance music down. We will be back!

We sat outside on the deck - beautiful evening, clean atmosphere and great setting. The food was delicious! None of our party of 4 could finish their burgers - generous portions for sure. Service was excellent! Wonderful spot!

The food was just OK. Service was fine atmosphere was good. I had the watermelon salad and my husband had the Burratta appetizer and we shared brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts were cooked well but they were a little boring. Could’ve used more balsamic and some salt. The watermelon salad had no lettuce and the shrimp would’ve been better Grilled. My husband’sBurratta was a small portion. Atmosphere was great because we sat out on the deck and it was beautiful out.
