    This was our second time dining this month and it was fantastic! We had Corey again for our waiter and he is amazing. He was so attentive to our table. Food was so hot the pasta burned my mouth ( which is wonderful because I like it hot). Riceballs were amazing, pizza was excellent, wedding soup was perfect on a cold night and was served hot!

    I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Sierra at Aqua Pazzo, and she truly made our dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She helped us pick the perfect dishes and even recommended a wine pairing that complemented our meal beautifully. Sierra’s attention to detail and genuine care for her customers were evident throughout the evening. She checked in at just the right moments, ensuring everything was perfect without ever feeling intrusive. Her upbeat attitude and radiant smile added so much positivity to our evening. Aqua Pazzo is lucky to have such a gem on their team. If you have the chance to dine here, ask for Sierra—you won’t be disappointed!

    Usually this is a 5/5 star eatery. This time, the food was awful. The sea bass was raw and the entire table had cold food with the exception of the pizza. The server was barely there and not that great. I don’t know where Steve the GM was but that place is usually a well oiled machine when he is there.

    Corey was our waiter and he was awesome. He was very professional and attentive to our table. We sat on the patio, it was snowing outside and it was like we were in a snow globe. The temperature of the room was perfect!
