    We had such a lovely evening at Aqua Terra. The food was outstanding! Salad so interesting, with just the right amount of dressing, tender red beets - they even divided it into two plates for us to share. The mains were amazing, meat super tender, and again such an interesting combo with vegetables (I had chicken with Brussel sprouts, pumpkin puree and crunchy pickled onions). Dessert equally yummy and everything so beautifully presented. Hope to be back soon!

    When I bought a gift certificate for Aqua Terra I was given a voucher for $25. At no time was I told that it would not be honored during holidays.

    Longtime guests of this restaurant but Christmas this year was disappointing. My turkey dinner (Both turkey and stuffing) were so dried out it was barely edible and I ate less than half. The server never clued in there was a problem. My wife is vegan and her meal was uninspired. We decided to simply take our desserts home and she was promised the vegan option. When we got home, both desserts were non vegan so my wife missed out. Or last two dinners here have been disappointing and we are questioning whether we will continue with this restaurant.

    Fixed price Christmas dinner not worth the money. Prime rib appeared to have been sliced and then kept warm in the gravy, therefore making the beef appear a grayish brown when served. Could only tell it was medium rare when it was cut into. Yorkshire Pudding was overcooked, therefore they were very hard and not edible. Must say that the soup was delicious and dessert offering also quite tasty. The ambience was somewhat less than Christmas, no decorations, they could have spruced up the tables with tablecloth, possibly a flower in a vase. If Aquaterra wants to open for Christmas…do it right! Make it feel like Christmas get a chef who can cook a great prime rib and have it served without keeping it warm in gravy! Wait staff was great!
