The food and atmosphere were great, but the server's constant urging due to busyness was too much. I wanted to enjoy a leisurely reunion with an old friend, but the server was constantly pushing us to leave to seat other customers. Immediately after paying the check, they tried to take away our unfinished wine, and eventually, the server informed us to move because there were other customers waiting. The lack of hospitality completely ruined my Hawaiian experience. Two of us visited the restaurant this time. For our initial order, we requested “steak, risotto, and cheese pasta,” but the dishes were brought out almost simultaneously, making it difficult to enjoy them properly. As a result, the food ended up getting cold. We would appreciate it if you could consider adjusting the pace at which dishes are served in the future. Food was great and loved everything until we got the check. The bill was higher than expected, and I was confused until I saw an extra charge of $25 for “black truffle”. The waiter literally asked if we wanted any black truffle and made it sound like something that came with it like Parmesan cheese. They grated it without telling us “say when”. We realized afterwards just how purposeful it was to not mention the extra charge and not tell us to say when so that we use as much as they had.
