Welcome to Arandas, where we bring the soul of Mexican cuisine to downtown Healdsburg. Housed within the prestigious Relais & Châteaux property, Hotel Les Mars, Arandas provides a warm and friendly ambiance where we hope our guests become family and their experiences are always elevated.

From traditional Mexican dishes to innovative fusion creations, Chef Adrien Nieto's menu is a celebration of the bold flavors that this diverse region has to offer.​​ Think ceviches with accents of Japanese ingredients; tacos with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flair; and even a Mexican-style hummus emboldened with burnt chiles, black sesame, huitlacoche, and house-made Tajin seasoning enlivened with Persian sumac.

Arandas takes its name from the city in Jalisco that’s also home to the third generation, family-owned tequila producer, Tequilas El Mexicano. This tequila will be featured prominently at the bar, along with other well-curated tequilas, mezcals, and rums.

    Food is ok. Would’ve liked to see a menu with ceviche, soups, tamales, … high-end interior Mexican food made with 100% chili sauces (not tomato). Guac was delicious

    Nice take on Mexican food with a twist. Quesadillas really good, flautas great. Chicken tacos had an odd flavoring. Service a bit slow but very friendly. Overall prices too high for this food and experience.

    We tried several dishes and enjoyed them. The Caesar salad was delicious and very generous as was the cauliflower steak. The chicken main was very good and generous as well. We got two of the quesadilla with cheese and mushrooms but because it was more like an empanada; one would have been sufficient. We tried the guacamole (very good) and papas for appetizers (both good and on the small side). We tried one of each of the tacos which was a good experiment to see what we would order in the future. Excellent service and attention.

    This is a Beautiful gem in downtown Healdsburg! We were delighted by the stylish decor, wonderful ambience and excellent service. The food was such a pleasant surprise, the elevated take on Mexican food was so well executed we kept ordering more items from the menu as each was delicious and interesting. Definitely not the standard Mexican food, instead it was a sophisticated menu in a beautiful atmosphere. Well done! Highly recommended!
