Arlo Grey is the LINE's lakeside restaurant by Top Chef winner, host , and cookbook author Kristen Kish. At Arlo Grey, Kish and Executive Chef Alejandro Munoz dig deep into the bountiful ingredients of Central Texas to create a mix of dishes. The restaurant reflects Kristen's playful yet refined cuisine, pulling inspiration from her classical training as a well as nostalgic dishes that highlight her upbringing and love of travel. Come by for a casual, comfortable experience and a menu designed to nourish the soul. Reservations are highly recommended. Valet-parking is available for $12 for 3 hours with validation.

    A Seat at the Screen: Thursday Series at Arlo Grey returns for its second year to celebrate Chef Kristen Kish as the Emmy nominated host of Top Chef Season 22 at Arlo Grey, her lakeside culinary restaurant at the LINE Austin. Beginning March 13th and continuing every Thursday through the finale, guests can enjoy a special dining experience in the restaurant's private dining room while watching that week’s episode. Guests will be welcomed with a craft cocktail featuring Kish Apéritif, Chef Kish’s chef-inspired liqueurs, to begin their evening. Led by Executive Chef Alejandro Munoz, with Chef Kristen's creative direction, guests will indulge in a five-course menu crafted with the finest Central Texas ingredients. Set in an intimate and convivial atmosphere, each menu will feature a dish inspired by the week's challenge to enhance the totality of the experience. As a delightful bonus, diners will take home a special sweet treat and a signed menu from Chef Kristen Kish herself, making each evening a cherished memory. Tickets are priced at $99 per person, with the option to elevate the experience with additional selections from Arlo Grey's expertly curated cocktail menu available for separate purchases. Please note that our pre-determined menu cannot accommodate substitutions or dietary restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an exceptional dining experience.

    I’ve never had Wagyu before. That was the best steak I’ve ever had. Got to try the chicken schnitzel as well, highly recommend this restaurant.

    Ordered 4 dishes for two. Mozzarella outstanding. Sour dough, amazing. The rest, was ok. Under flavored and the pasta, thought was award winning, too al dente. Was hoping for much better

    Ordered 4 things to share. 2 were phenomenal, 2 were good but not hot enough and lacking flavor. Also had dessert which was unbelievable. Overall an amazing meal but high expectations for a restaurant like this and you expect perfection for the price. Service was amazing as well!

    Food was fantastic and the Wagyu steak was cooked perfectly. The staff are polite and well versed in the menu, making some great recommendations. Will be back!

    I had returned tonight because I had enjoyed the food so much last night at the Top Chef viewing event. The food was excellent and the Burrata blew me away.

    The Top Chef watch dinner was a great experience. The room had a view of the lake, and the flower arrangements were gorgeous. The cocktail was refreshing, and every course was delicious! It was really nice to have the chef introduce each course. It was worth every penny!
