Boldly symbolic of wood-fire and glowing embers reduced from searing heat, Ash & Elm is a vibrant restaurant focused on European dining. Set within a striking venue that embraces the spontaneity and energy of a brasserie, Ash & Elm comprises three exciting culinary theatres including a charcuterie and cheese room, wood-fired oven and an open charcoal-grill kitchen. Offering a selection of sharing platters, house-cured and premium meats, as well as sustainably-sourced seafood, primed with the traditional craft of classic wood-fired ovens and charcoal-grill, Ash & Elm prides itself on the use of fine produce sourced from around the world. A medley of classic creations redefined with fresh touches, is complemented by a wine list of over 100 different labels of wines, handpicked from renowned regions.                                     インターコンチネンタルホテル　シンガポールに宿泊したので、美味しい肉を食べたかったこともありりようしました。 スタッフもフレンドリーでメインのリブアイとイベリコ豚もとても美味しかったです。 また利用したいと思います。

                                    We only had the soufflé and a glass of moscato but good as usual. Only issue soufflé was ordered at 8.45 pm (half hour to prepare) but turned up 45 minutes later

                                    Overall great food, good service. Food quality is excellent and food came out fast. Beef and lamb are standouts. Fantastic wine selection. Service is attentive. Some minor service issues. Lunch menus on website are rotated and steak might not be available for lunch. They did not allow us to pack up the complimentary bread even though they were just going to throw it away. Quite disappointed with the food wastage.

                                    We enjoyed the less crowded dining experience and customer service was top notched as always! but it didn't meet much our expectation on the quality of food in their limited buffet selection. The taste was rather bland and there's lack of creativity.. the only thing we liked was coconut lime ice cream! Hope the hotel chef will bring more vibrant selection and tastier dishes.. better than other outside cafes.

                                    The menu is limited and even then some items were not available. Wine list is sad and really needs a revamp. Staff is friendly and attentive. Restaurant ambience is good.

                                    We had dinner here while staying at the hotel. We'd made a reservation but need not have bothered on a Monday night. We were given menus on being seated and asked if we wanted drinks; we only needed water. We ordered a sea bass fillet en papillotte and a salmon. The meals arrived within 15 minutes which was fine because we'd asked that the sea bass be well cooked. My wife felt the sea bass was excellent and I thought the salmon was very nice. The salmon was probably a little expensive for what it was otherwise the meal was very nice.
