What does Bruno Mars, John Legend, WWE / Vince McMahon, and Sebastian Maniscalco have in common? They’ve all eaten from Ashling's culinary team in the last couple months! We started out catering to the world's favorite celebrities, and now we cater to you every time you step into our restaurant, order a to-go meal, or have us cater your event or wedding. Ashling has you covered!

Come visit our needle in a haystack restaurant with some of the best ambiance in Anne Arundel County. We provide amazing food, generous portions, and quality service, while trying to showcase the magic happening behind the kitchen doors and cooking up all the food for backstage performances in the entertainment industry. Let’s not forget, we also have the “Star Room” that is great for your intimate gatherings!

This is one of our go to restaurants, especially in the Bowie/Crofton (Rt. 50) area. Food is great. Service is great. Atmosphere is great. Just wished they'd stay open an hour later. Hidden gem you've got to try. Steak Frittes, Jerk Rasta Pasta, Short Ribs, all their mocktails. It doesn't matter.....

So I excited I found this gem, I will definitely return. The service was timely and friendly. Kennedy was our server, she’s a joy to be around. Ashling is my new favorite restaurant!!!!

Oh my goodness! Where do I start? The service at this restaurant was excellent! The staff made my husband and me feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. The professionalism of the staff, along with the manager working hard alongside his team, truly showcases what outstanding leadership looks like. The staff were incredibly skilled at making guests feel at home. To summarize this review, the food was the most delicious and flavorful I have ever experienced. Kudos to the chef! Great dinner for 4 in the back room with other guests filling over half the room. Enjoyable dinner and it was easy to have a nice conversation. Our server, Libby, was pleasant and very helpful.

Great brunch experience! Some the time I walked in, the staff was friendly. Our server, Sandra, stayed on top of everything especially refilling our drinks without us having to ask. This was my 1st time doing brunch but I've had dinner several times.

I was really pleased with the brunch, the food was great the service was excellent the chicken and waffles was just ... my goodness amazing ! Even the cocktails have a cute little love notes- it was lovely-Go there!
