We did not have a good experience. First off, I do want to say that my friends and I arrived at the same time that a large conference at the hotel was letting out, so we understood that there was a large rush and were prepared to wait. We were seated at a high top table, and the first thing we noticed was how uncomfortable the chairs were. They were metal and very narrow. The second thing we noticed was that it was very warm. It felt like the air conditioning wasn't working. It took a while for someone to come to our table. We were told the menu was limited today because they were switching to a new menu the next day. This was disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Our drink and food orders were taken. We thought this man was our server, but eventually, a woman brought our drinks to our table and said that she would be our server and that our order had been placed. This was around 5:15pm. So we chatted for a while and agreed that our drinks were good. I ordered the corn chowder, and it was brought out ahead of the salad I ordered. The soup was very bland and I didn't finish it. We still had not received our meal at 6:30pm. Most of the conference goers seemed to have received their meals and left while we were still waiting. Our server came by once to grab our unused appetizer plates from the table, but we did not see her again until after the meal was served. Finally, our food arrived. I had the Caesar salad, which was good. Two of my friends had the burger, which was clearly overcooked. The fries were good. My other friend had the tater tots, and they were just okay. Our server only came back to give us our bills. We had high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was so bad that we will not return.
