Aurum Food & Wine Steamboat is an modern, upbeat American restaurant located in beautiful downtown Steamboat Springs along the Yampa River overlooking Howelsen Hill. We offer a full cocktail bar and extensive wine list. Come in and enjoy an exquisite dinner or our excellent happy hour. Reservations are recommended.

We had a lovely meal with 7 people. We each order different items. Each and everyone of us raved of how delicious our meals were. The Pork Mole, Cog au Vin, Bison, Crabcake, Steelhead Trout, and Pappardelle. The 50 percent off entrees was a nice bonus!!!

Loved this place! Great service throughout the nice even when we stayed 2 1/2 hours! The food was amazing, worth every penny!

20/10 absolutely amazing! My boyfriend & I celebrated our Anniversary tonight. Aurum is our favorite restaurant we have ever been to. We were welcomed with champagne, a card & a seat at table #35, right next to the window with a view of the creek & Howelsen Hall. All entrees were 50% off for the off season! Our server Rob G. was so nice & attentive (the manager was great as well!) For dinner, we ordered the Parmesan Truffle Fries, French Onion Burger & Shrimp & Grits, all were delicious! The drinks were outstanding as well. Definitely recommend!

Our server was amazing!!! (Sorry I don't remember her name). Food terrific as always. Group of 5 that had to arrive at different times due to life's responsibilities. Server got all of us served as we arrived and were not left wanting for anything.

What a fantastic experience! The appetizers were phenomenal! Try the crispy cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and Korean fried chicken, amazing flavors! Our main meal was a bison rib eye, truly the best I’ve had! Melt in your mouth, cooked on the rare side, served with mashed potatoes. This restaurant can’t be beat, especially happy hour! The wait staff are friendly, prompt and appreciative!
