Austin's American Grill is the quintessential taste of Colorado. With three great Fort Collin's locations-one in the heart of Old Town, another on Harmony Road and one in Greeley, we'll have you wondering why mom's food never tasted so good and when you can come back for more. Savory roasts and chicken cooked over an open flame in our front-of-the-house rotisserie. All-natural buffalo seasoned to perfection. Cornbread baked in iron skillets with honey butter.     Second time the coconut shrimp have been overcooked. Ordered a baileys coffee to be festive for the holidays and got a cup of coffee with a side shot. Not very festive in my mind. A friend ordered an Irish Coffee and was told they couldn’t make one. Not sure what they are doing in the bar but it isn’t what one would expect.

    Extremely pleased with our visit. All of the employees were very pleasant and made us feel very valued as customers. This is by far one our most favorite restaurants and we always leave looking forward to our next visit. Big shoutout to the staff on this visit as this was our anniversary and everyone went out of their way to congratulate us! Cheers

    My husband and I enjoyed the rotisserie sirloin with a delicious mole sauce, along with grilled asparagus. Very delicious. Our server, Joey, was professional, friendly, an attentive. Had a great dinner at Austin's tonight! We will be back.

    The ambiance and service are excellent. The food, while plentiful, is just so-so. The ribs were extraordinarily dry and the fried walleye was greasy.
