    Loved the Matradee!! Can't remember her name unfortunetely but she served us last time and remembered our favourite wine!! She was fantastic and understood the dietaries! She had so much knowledge about all the local wines which we appreciated as big red wine drinkers. Coming back again this Friday for another birthday celebration and can't wait. The only thing we would advise other diners would be to get an early dinner session as peak hour can sometimes have fairly long wait times for your main meals. Ada is exactly what Milawa and the surrounding towns needed! We will always be back :)

    We had a lovely window table for our Anniversary dinner. The oysters were sensational as were my scallops & my husbands quail. Our steaks were a generous size & a lovely cut but were a little under done from the medium we had ordered. In hindsight I should have gone the pork belly which was my second choice. Service was outstanding and all staff were welcoming, friendly & prompt with their interactions with our table. I would have liked some audible music to complete the setting but otherwise it was a fabulous evening out and I highly recommend a night out at Ava Dining.

    Excellent food, wine and service but very noisy due to the over abundance of hard surfaces. Some baffling or material could absorb most of it. Great overall experience and we will most definitely be back

    Quality of meals were not great, meals were not seasoned and were cold. service was slow, decor was nice. I had higher hopes for this venue from the menu reading.

    A beautiful restaurant in a lovely part of the world. Amazingly friendly staff, outstanding food and lovely wine selections. We will definitely recommend and hope you be back soon!

    High end quality meals… definitely a fine dining experience as far as quality meal presentation and flavours is concerned. Yes, it’s pricey, but you get the fine dining standard…. As far as the meal anyway. However, the venue and service needs some improvement. Lovely staff, however they should offer patrons at least water when seated and bring the drinks menu straight up. Although there was a comprehensive Specials list, that was all verbal, nothing written down. So you had to listen carefully to hear what the options were! Table service should be more attentive to patrons, with staff taking notice when patrons may want something. Fine dining should not include having to wave down staff for serving spoons or fresh drinks. Blow flies on the window (yes, on the inside) whilst dining, also needs to be addressed. Okay, the business is marketed as ‘Casual fine dining’ but most of the things mentioned above are not acceptable. I’ll go again, and hopefully these things will be improved, or it will be a ‘no thanks’ from me.
