A neighborhood gem that brings international inspiration to the menu via the talents of our Chef team who craft small & large plates alongside our ever rotating selection of oysters and cheese & charcuterie. Pair your meal with a wine from our unique list of low intervention wines and lesser-known wine regions. Our knowledgeable staff is here to guide you! Seating is available both indoors in our socially distanced dining room and outside on our heated patio. This restaurant is no longer in business. Very embarrassing for a first date when you get there and the restaurant has been closed.

I go to Aviary regularly. This particular occasion the server was a bit condescending when it came to recommendations for wine. My friend is a sommelier and wanted to to taste a wine and he proceeded to give her a description of the wine and very dismissive when we again asked to taste. This is a wine shop and this was a wine by the glass it shouldn’t have been a problem. Eventually he did acquiesce but all night he had an edge. I don’t know if he’d behave this way if it was two men.

We’ve been here a few times. Menu has always been on the smallish side but today was very limited. Apps were great. Entrees were mediocre. Sommelier and service are on point in a relaxed, comfortable space. Happy hour 4-6 is worth leaving work early.

Food was amazing Server provided excellent recommendations and communicated dietary needs to chef accurately. Also made great wine suggestion. Started to get busy and noisy about 8-8:30
