The restaurant serves food that incorporates innovation and Italian tradition with carefully selected biodynamic wines, served by the glass and tailored by our sommelier to suit each dish. After your meal, you will be presented with a hand-illustrated menu to take away as a keepsake of your visit. The menu is changed every six weeks to make the most of seasonal ingredients and is filled with pleasant surprises. Various set menu options are available, offering bread, different kinds of appetizer and pastas, desserts, and after-dinner coffee or tea. The ultimate is the “Omakase Course” with 10 delicious culinary creations, beginning with amuse-bouches such as tripe bocconcini and finishing with all-you-can-eat spaghetti pomodoro [tomato sauce] – simple, but so good.
