Bacari Sherman Oaks is a Venetian-inspired small plates restaurant featuring Mediterranean-influenced dishes by Chef Lior Hillel. We are the 6th restaurant of Kronfli Brothers, a family-owned, growing group of restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Alongside our delicious tapas, we offer a rotating curation of small-production wines and eclectic beers, unique craft cocktails & mocktails, and we are also known for our one-of-a-kind 90-minute open bar special.

Our team provides warm hospitality in our loungey indoor Parlour Room, our bright and airy Sunroom, or in one of our many comfortable outdoor patios, all marked with rustic mediterranean decor. You will feel like home when dining at Bacari Sherman Oaks.

We welcome but do not require reservations — we love to accommodate walk-ins and large parties, even on busy nights. Bacari Sherman Oaks is the go-to spot for our neighbors, and we look forward to hosting you soon!

The service and food were excellent. The noise volume inside was overwhelming so we moved to the patio. The patio is very pretty but is dimly lit. We found it a bit difficult to navigate the steps.

Superior service. From ordering to serving to clearing, all excellent. Menu is innovative. Food well prepared and served well. Inside room is noisy and crowded.

Went for a friend's birthday as a group of six. Highly recommend having a group that you can share all the delicious tapas and taste some of everything. Everything we ordered was delicious and spaced out really nicely at 3 to 4 plates at a time. Really impressed with the menu and the chef. Variety was great and we had plenty to order as vegetarians. Really looking forward to go back.

Excellent service, offering a variety of tapas. I love the ambiance, but reading the menu was difficult. The lamb hummus and the petite steaks are my favorite protein plates. The Rainbow Beets are supremely refreshing. Give Malabi a try if you like a light and perfectly sweetened rose custard, an excellent closer for the evening.

This was a nightmare. To start, the parking lot is too small and the cars pile up with only one way traffic. That was good compared to the rest. The acoustics are non-existent so holding a conversation indoors is impossible. Fine. We ordered and waited for our food, and waited, and waited. You get the idea. Even getting a cup of coffee took over 20 minutes and, the taste was bitter and burned like it had been sitting on the burner forever. After finally getting the servers attention, she explained it’s made to order. I don’t know. I love strong coffee -and espresso, but this was awful. We continued to wait for our food and after more than a half hour, with no attention from the server, we got up and left. Honestly with tapas small plates, high prices and nothing wonderful to report, I found this to be a very sad start to our Sunday. We were actually glad to be out of there except for the 15 minute wait to get our car. So sad as this is new to the area, but I imagine most won’t return. The table next to us told us that something they ordered was not eaten and awful and they hope their roommate wanted it. It was that bad! Guess it isn’t only us but we will never know about the food. No thanks! Bad vibes.

Although the food was good once it was delivered, the kitchen was so backed up that it took forever for the food to be brought to our table. The server was very nice but the delay was inexcusable.

We had 3 different waiters which was confusing. The service was very slow. It look a very long time for us to get our drinks, then they brought the wrong ones and it look another 20 minutes to get the new drinks. We had a movie to get to and they just were very slow for no reason. A server clearing dishes also had way too much on her tray and ended up breaking a glasses in front a very little baby. We were worried that the baby could get exposed to the chards of glass.
