   Love having this in the Neighbourhood and have been many times last night was not a good example. Had a late reservation the hostess recognized me by name and we discussed a table outside. Understandably the restaurant was slammed, and she kept her composure and positivity, but then wanted to see me inside. I reminded her of my request to sit outside. This required a reset and it was 20 minutes after my reservation when I finally got seated. It didn’t seem like we had a server, but eventually a bearded chap arrived and took our order for both drinks and food. Two cocktails, the burger, the tacos. Ordered some fries to go with them. 15 minutes later, the food arrived, and we had not received our cocktails. We never saw our waiter again for the rest of the evening. Other random servers appeared infrequently I canceled my Negroni that had never come for a glass of house wine. Fortunately the burger was just fine. I know they were just run off their feet but we watched the entire system breakdown. Shame

   I’ve been to this location multiple times and I’ve always had a pleasant experience especially in the service, but today our food took longer than expected and we were only checked on occasionally, even our water on our table was gone and took longer to be replenished.

   Such a cute place, starting from the entrance that feels like walking in Venice, lovely ambience, a bit too loud, hard to have a conversation. We had a very nice server , quick and efficient. The food is average , we tried probably 10 dishes and the thin crust pizza was probably the best of all. Don t order the vegan one because they put salad on it that with the heat gets soggy, weird choice. All the other dishes were sauce heavy, spice heavy, salt heavy and covered in garlic. I would consider trying the brunch maybe sitting in the garden where the a scenes of roof will disperse the noise.

   Made a reservation for an outdoor spot, and they were only able up seat us indoor.. bad experience as a result

    Fun and lively! Great atmosphere. Style of the restaurant feels like you are in Europe. Service a liiiittle slow but they were clearly busy so it didn’t bother us. Food was absolutely amazing (the corn and stuffed mushrooms were my favorites). Drinks were just ok
