Each week the chef will curate a fresh new menu, with the options of: meat, seafood or vegetarian appetizer, meat, seafood or vegetarian main course, a choice of dessert and a glass of selected wine or bottle of local beer. All for the affordable price of $35CI. Served Tuesday to Friday 11:30-3pm

We had the most wonderful dinner. From the moment we arrived we were treated warmly from the host and seated in a beautiful outdoor table by the water. Cocktails were delicious. Our server made excellent recommendations for the amount of dishes to order and which ones are highlights. From beginning to end it was a delightful dinner. We would definitely return.

We last visited in Feb 2020 and 5 years later it's still as great as we remembered! Our server Kelvin was energetic, friendly, and really helpful with recommendations. The cocktails, mocktails, and food of all varieties were excellent. Save room for dessert!

Bacaro has amazing food, amazing staff, and a lovely view. It is one of our favorite restaurants on Grand Cayman. I can honestly say that I have never had anything that was not superb. Try the Veal Cheek Wellington and you have to have the Venetian shrimp. Whatever you try you will love it. And let Fabio pick you a lovely wine to pair with it all.
