Bacchus - A Bartolotta Restaurant is set in a sleek, stylish space in the Cudahy Tower in downtown Milwaukee. Its menu emphasizes seasonal ingredients and its wine list is among the most extensive in the city. Bacchus offers several exclusive spaces for private events, including a glass-enclosed conservatory. Valet is available Monday through Saturday from 5 - 9 PM.

                                            Everything was amazing. Sat at the bar and had a wonderful bartender (Victoria). Sommelier knew her stuff and gave us exceptional pairings with our 3 course. Food was phenomenal. Great birthday dinner.

                                            Excellent ambiance, we did a 5 course tasting dinner with wine pairing. only a few miscues. We had 2 primary servers and a trainee, all were charming and polite. They cleared table after course one and served course 2 but forgot to set new silverware, we had to ask server for silverware. very apologetic. They offered a bread refill which we took as the cranberry walnut bread is excellent. When the filet was served they did not bring the wine parring until half way thru the steak. All other courses it was on the table before the course (or brought with the course) as it should be. Did not do water refills as needed. For a high end white tablecloth restaurant these were slipups. Still the meal and service (they explained the course and the wine paring) were well done. The not bringing the wine before the steak was the biggest slipup in my opinion. We have been there several times in the past and this was the most slipups we have seen, I will keep returning as it is still a very nice restaurant and the tasting dinners are great.

                                            Had such a great time!! The food was amazing! We had the 5 course meal with the wine pairing. Really fantastic. Our waitress Zoe was so helpful and knowledgeable about the food and wine. Can’t wait to go back!!

                                            Our anniversary dinner at Bacchus was amazing. The note I sent in about it being our anniversary had been read. We were greeted with a smile and an anniversary card signed by the staff at our table. Caitlin and Annika were our service staff. Absolutely on top of things and knew their stuff. Cups were never empty and dishes were served at the perfect time. The dining experience. Sooooo good! Not only were the flavors great, the plating was beautiful too. All of my dishes were top notch but the octopus to start and the chocolate truffle were great. My wife loved her three courses too. Can’t forget to give props for the super tasty mocktails that were delivered from the bar. My wife and I will definitely be back and we have already recommended it to our friends.

                                            We celebrated an anniversary and it was perfect. Ethan the bartender was incredible And the servers were as well. I never expected less to be honest. Great place by a Great Lake!
