The most disappointing part of our dinner were the steaks we ordered. The 12oz Certified Angus Skirt Steak and the 8oz Filet Mignon were tough and not cooked properly and of course the most expensive. The Chef Selection Lobster Ravioli was good but could have had a bit more flavor and lobster. The Gnocchi was very good with unique flavors and cooked well. For appetizers, the Brie cheese plate was uneventful, just some cheese and grapes. The beef, chicken and spinach empanadas were very good with nice flavors and cooked well. The side dishes we ordered, creamed spinach and mashed squash (sweet potato) were also uneventful. One steak came with a baked potato wrapped in aluminum foil which I thought to be out of place for this kind of restaurant. We ordered 4 deserts: The Molten Cake was ok, would have preferred the cake to melted chocolate ratio to more 1 to 1. The Classic Flan was ok, I don't think it was made in house. The Churros were cooked very well and was one of the top picks of the table. Finally the Almendrado was the other top pick. A simple ice cream bar covered with chopped almonds and a side of hot chocolate fudge reminded me of the ice cream drumsticks I used to eat. Ambiance was nice and the service was very good. Would have been a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the steaks. Hopefully they do better in the future.

Great as always. Had the onion empanada grilled, pear salad, chicken breast with white rice. Wanted the tiramisu but the last 5 visits they haven’t had it since it’s a special off the menu item delicious

Baires was excellent. The food and service were outstanding! We were treated like family and enjoyed ourselves very much.

Excellent food ,staff and service. Like I’ve said it before my favorite go to place . Wish I could belong to loyalty program from baires to rack up some benefits aside from the food and seeing staff in gables . Love it
