If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.

You will still be charged in full regardless of arrival time. Seating options from 11a to 1p and 1:30p to 3:30p. Guests to finish EACH COURSE BEFORE ORDERING THE NEXT, otherwise limited to 3-courses.

    First time at Baldamar and it was all that we expected. We sat at the counter. Drinks, food, and service was all fantastic. It was surprisingly quiet and we could hear our conversations with each other. Definitely looking forward to another visit.

    We had a wonderful experience on New Year’s Eve! Couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate! Definitely will tell friends and family about Baldamar. Will definitely be be going back.

    Had an enjoyable early dinner on New Year's Eve. Service was excellent and food / drinks were delicious. Love visiting such a great place in the neighborhood.

    The food and service were great. But holy smokes did they raise their prices. Our favorite dish (the sea bass) went up $10, from $38 to $48; and all their dishes had increased in fact. I get it… inflation, right? But to increase the food prices by over 25% is just mind blowing.

    Our first time at Baldamar was so positive that we will definitely go back! Everything from the food and atmosphere to the waitstaff was excellent! Not only is the restaurant attentive to their customers but they were also very attentive to every detail of the dining experience.

    Baldamar is such an awesome restaurant. The food is phenomenal, and the servers are so professional and friendly. We had Berlin, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience special. She was spot on with her recommendations. We are so appreciative of this outstanding restaurant and will definitely return.
