If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.

Any late arrivals will be accommodated; however, this will decrease your dining time as we cannot extend any extra time at the table past the two hours allotted. You will still be charged in full regardless of arrival time. Seating options from 11a to 1p and 1:30p to 3:30p. Guests to finish EACH COURSE BEFORE ORDERING THE NEXT, otherwise limited to 3-courses.

    First time at Baldamar, had the Sunday brunch and the food was fantastic. The chef was available for me to ask questions regarding what options were gluten free. Two in our group are not gluten free and they state you must get the caramel cinnamon roll, it was the best! It is part of the brunch experience, but you need to ask for it. It is kept in the kitchen to stay fresh. The drinks were outstanding, and the atmosphere was classy and fun. Our server Andy made our experience incredible from the very start! He was kind, funny and inviting, and very helpful. I appreciate when a server provides honest opinions. When our party was done eating, he made us feel very comfortable hanging out for a while longer without feeling like we needed to rush or move on. Don't ever let this gem go, we will be back because of him for sure!

    The braised short rib was one of the best things I’ve eaten in my life. Who knew it would pair so well with pickled carrots & mango, green salad & tomato sauce. I knew it was gonna be good, but WOW. Outstanding.

    Absolutely incredible experience we did the champagner brunch and it was so over the top but so perfect and special to celebrate getting married and making it through the holidays. The wait staff were incredible the food was phenomenal and we had such a good time. Highly recommend if you are celebrating anything or just want to feel special for a day! Baldamar always impresses us but this brunch blew us away!

    I ate dinner at Baldemar TWO evenings in a row; dazzled the first evening, I returned for a second and enjoyed myself just as much. It will become my "special place" as needed. It's a total experience--atmosphere, ambiance, service, quality of food, and decor.
