Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Each ingredient was beautiful, intentional, and had a story tied to culture and the land. The staff were incredible and took time to talk about their different sustainability commitment and walk me through their menu. Also the wine list is to die for!

Baldio es comida de la chinampa, un tipo de granja antigua. La comida aquí es muy rica. Nos gustan toda la comida que now dos pedimos: Esquites, Dolma de Cerdo y Hoja Santa, los Vegetales con Pepian Verde y la Truche Glaceada — eran muy ricos y podríamos todos otra vez. Intentamos regresarnos. El servicio fue excelente y amable. La selección de vinos también fue buenísima, si le gustan los vinos naturales.

Amazing from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Every single dish was superb. My favourite restaurant in CDMX.

I really like the concept and decoration but the flavor of the dishes was just not spectacular. The service was just bad, the waiter wanted to make us order a surprise menu that was very expensive, he didn’t explain anything about the dishes nor the relation of the ingredients with their chinampas origin and when we wanted the check I had to ask four different waiters to get it. I was very excited to try it because I’m a fan of arca tierra from Xochimilco but the execution at the restaurant didn’t blow my mind.

They almost didn’t seat us for my partner’s birthday due to losing track of the reservation (even after I showed the app and email confirmations). The food was not awesome for how much it costs but the cocktails were good. They also messed up dessert by not unfreezing the tart in time, and the final product was very sloppy and didn’t taste good. They also could have done a better job explaining the dishes. They didn’t explain all of the courses, which I would expect at the caliber of restaurant that they are trying to be. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience

Went for NY Eve dinner; set menu (food and drinks) was excellent and they also accommodated dietary restrictions.. truly farm to table freshness of ingredients.. would certainly recommend.

The food had fresh ingredients, which is one of the highlights. Another highlight was its wine selection. Figura 3 Chardonnay was great. However, service is just below average. We were planning on tipping 10%, as service was not great, but were informed by one of the servers who brought the payment station that the minimum was 12% in their system. He then proceeded to act condescending and explain that it was what the system allowed them to charge, but did not try to listen to our discontent. This made our experience even worse. Overall, service needs a lot of improvement.

Loved the cocktails with house-made liquors; the small plates were diverse and came out quickly, making it easy to order multiple rounds of food. Great value!
