El lugar, el concepto no waste, la sazón, the overall design, el servicio, no sé, todo es muy orgánico y apapachador. Nos encantó. Adentro es un poco ruidoso, pero hay mesas afuera y una barra muy chula. 100% recomendado.

After we ordered and received our cocktails, we were not checked on for over 30 minutes and had to seek out a server to order food. The server was apologetic and all of the staff were very friendly. The food was all delicious but the timing was off for a tasting menu. Some of the dishes came out back to back while other times we were waiting without the next course. The food was delicious and I would return in hopes of a better experience.

El lugar muy bien decorados y cómodo, buena atención del personal y la comida fue entregada con rapidez. Pocas opciones en el Menú, y la comida no cumplió con las expectativas. Por consecuencia el precio me pareció alto

El día de ayer visitamos una amiga y yo el restaurant Baldío, despues de haberme recomendado una persona, sus productos traidos directo de las Chinampas en Xochimilco. Pensé por lo justo de las horas que indican las reservaciones, que el lugar se encontraba lleno ese día. Llegué antes de las 2 de la tarde, nos fuimos a las 6, y solo se ocuparon 6 mesas. Debo decir que la atención del servicio de Josué fue bueno. Pedimos de plato fuerte 2 truchas, y nos trajeron la mitad de una trucha a cada una (400 pesos) . El agua llamada Horchatole, sin pena ni gloria (85 pesos). La calidad de sus productos nada admirables ni que nos refirieran a la producción casi artesanal de los productos Chinamperos. La cereza del pastel fue, nuevamente que no te entregan la factura en el momento de pagar. Sus comentarios: ...Que si "no tienen la forma de general facturas"!!!...que si ya no era "hora laboral"... las mismas tácticas para cansarte y no entregarte el documento fiscal, de algunos establecimientos. Somos personas de la tercera edad que pagamos una cuenta de $2735.00 pesos (dos mil setecientos treinta y cinco pesos mexicanos) y después de pedir nuevamente, la expedición del documento contable, nos aseguró la señorita Michele (encargada del sitio) que lo tendría en mi correo, sin mayor problema durante la mañana del día de hoy. Por supuesto, NO llegó ninguna factura con el nombre de dicho restaurant. Mi comentario final sería: NO VALE LA PENA gastar esa cantidad de dinero, por las magras cantidades de sus platillos y sus cobros excesivos.
