Taylor was the best!!!!!! I was HANGRY and she flipped that! lol She was so knowledgeable of the menu! She paired us with the right wine and appetizer. Explained my meal very well. Her suggestions went beyond my expectations. I believe the Manager’s name is Rick, he was great as well. We got in right when they opened and he made sure we got our water to start, they work well as a team. Also hats off to the Chef that prepared me Sea Bream!!!! Coming from a picky chef, I have no complaints!!! When I’m back in Vegas I’ll be sure to come back. -Chef Dimples (Houston, TX)

Amazing from beginning to end!! All of the staff greeted us upon our arrival. Service was top-notch! Ambience was classy and sensual. We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairings. The sommelier came to our table to explain each wine to us, and the food was absolutely amazing! Get the sea bream! Easy ride on the monorail from anywhere on the strip. 10/10!

Our server Casey was amazing. She made sure she kept on checking on us and refilled our waters. Recommended items on the menu. She informed us of prices as we were ordering items very friendly. The food was very tasty.

Shrimp Fra Diavolo and Ribeye were ordered and shared by two. We also shared a tiramisu for dessert. Food was fantastic. Our server was attentive and gave great recommendations.

I’m giving Balla Italian Soul 4 stars. While the overall dining experience and food pairings were enjoyable, it was disappointing that after my party's meal celebrating my birthday, we had to wait 20 minutes for a gelato. We then waited another 15 minutes and ultimately had to summon an assistant to request our bill from the server. Despite these delays, the quality of the food and ambiance made it a pleasant experience overall.

Our waiter was able to expedite our orders so we could make it to watch our show. So accommodating and just so professional. Delicious dishes and even brought the birthday dessert just in time. Love this place
