Banchan: American Izakaya seeks to embrace the integration of Asian flavors and ingredients with American cooking. Our Executive Chef Matthew Fischer believes the après culture of Park City’s mountains closely mirrors the after work and street food model of the Japanese Izakaya and this is reflected in our menu and atmosphere. What is banchan style? Banchan are small side dishes (served tapas style) traditionally meant to be shared with everyone at the table. We recommend 2-3 per person.
