Its light-filled, art-deco space is ideal for everything from a morning espresso and pastry to a business lunch, memorable dinner, or late-night digestif. Parisian-style outdoor seating offers a relaxing escape in the heart of the city. Bandol serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekday happy hour, and weekend brunch.

The upscale to-go coffee bar and bakery counter offers Lavazza coffee, grab-and-go breakfast items, and house-made pastries, perfect for a quick pick-me-up.

Parking validation is available for guests parked at 172 W Madison Self-Park Garage. After 4 p.m. on weekends and weeknights, enjoy free parking with a $25 meal purchase. Bring your parking slip for validation. Not valid for valet parking.

Restaurants at this level should not overcook fish. Mahi-mahi in sandwich was overcooked. Otherwise the place is nice. Service good enough. I hope for improvement so it can stay open in the Loop.

This is not a French restaurant despite the name. The food was mediocre and standard American fare with a French name. Service was very good

Booked this establishment last minute for a Christmas lunch while exploring Chicago. My husband and I enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the restaurant. The lobster roll was really good and my husband enjoyed the Bandol Burger. Highly recommend trying this establishment when in Chicago.

My server was lovely and the food was decent, but poor organization on the restaurant’s part resulted in a very stressful evening for my party. After paying our bill and leaving the restaurant, I was called repeatedly and asked to return to the restaurant and close out my bill. I told the hostess during the first call that I did pay and had the credit card charge to prove it, and she hung up on me. After receiving multiple missed calls and a voicemail as the evening continued, I decided to return their calls. I spoke to a server (not my own) and went through what I ordered, the bill on my credit card, and finally where my party was sat before he realized that they had been calling the wrong person all night long. This mixup on their end ruined what would’ve been a stress-free, enjoyable evening. I was looking forward to dining here, but after what I went through, sadly I would not recommend this restaurant.

Good food but terrible service. There were only two of us and they brought our appetizers 10 minutes apart from each other and the one of our main courses arrived 5 minutes after the other. Since I was waiting so long for my appetizer, after my wife’s had been brought, they offered me a piece of bread while I waited. And then charged me for the bread. And they just offered one excuse after another.

Steak Cobb was delicious. I enjoyed a Pinot noir with it. Staff is friendly and efficient. I'd go back!

Bandol was the perfect after theater dinner! The ambience hots the right notes for a special occasion without being stuffy.. The food is excellent. The service was thoughtful. We will go back!

We came in for the Thanksgiving Day Prix Fixe (3-courses). The first and third courses were fine (appetizer and dessert), but the main course, which could have been good, was served cold. The service was good, and the wine / cocktails were good too. However, given the temperature of the food, we will most likely not return.
